Forma: have/has + participiu trecut
I/you/we/they have + V3. He/she/it has + V3.
- I have visited Paris.
- She has lived here for ten years.
- We've never tried sushi.
- Has he finished?
Present Perfect vs. Past Simple
Past Simple = moment TERMINAT în trecut (yesterday, last week, in 2010).
- I saw that film yesterday. (past simple — moment exact)
- I have seen that film. (present perfect — experiență)
- She lived in Italy in 2018. (terminat)
- She has lived in Italy since 2018. (încă acolo)
Since / For
SINCE + moment de start (since Monday, since 2020). FOR + durată (for two years, for ten minutes).
- I've worked here since March.
- We've known each other for five years.
