WILL — decizii spontane și predicții

Pentru o decizie pe care o iei chiar în acel moment, sau pentru o predicție generală.

  • The phone's ringing — I'll get it!
  • I think it will rain tomorrow.
  • You'll love this film.

BE GOING TO — planuri și intenții

Pentru planuri deja luate înainte de a vorbi.

  • I'm going to study tonight.
  • She's going to buy a new car.
  • Are you going to call him?

Present Continuous — aranjamente fixe

Pentru întâlniri și planuri deja confirmate (cu oră, loc, persoane).

  • I'm meeting Sara at 7.
  • We're flying to Rome on Friday.
  • He's starting his new job on Monday.
